My first project is still ongoing. It took a while to get the basemap measured out and on paper. The site analysis was then added. The design has evolved over time, as for example wooden garden structures started to come to the end of their life and needed replacing with something more permaculture. So it came about that the blown over fencing panels were replaced by handsawn Chestnut and wire fence with Cornish variety apple espaliers.
A willow arch appeared when after harvesting the willow and finding I finally had some nice long wands.
One of the early design elements was making a weather proof sun seat just outside the backdoor, to entce the younger people of the household outside.
